The Living Circle supports the Fundaziun Uccelin of Sarah and Andreas Caminada from January 2023. We will donate a voluntary contribution of 2 Swiss francs per menu in each of our fine dining restaurants in Zurich and Ascona to the independent foundation.

The Fundaziun Uccelin supports young talents from the kitchen and service individually in order to offer new perspectives to the industry and to them. As part of its tailor-made foundation programs, the Foundation sends its scholarship holders out into the big wide world of culinary arts, to leading restaurants and producers on all continents. Neither origin nor curriculum vitae count, but potential and motivation. The Fundaziun Uccelin creates enthusiasm and passion for professions that are among the most beautiful and valuable.
