The restaurant La Rôtisserie: a classic of Zurich, cosmopolitan and noble, seductive and refined, elegant and sovereign. Stefan Jäckel and his team spoil you with excellent cuisine that has been awarded 17 GaultMillau points and one Michelin star.

Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.



Stefan Jäckel's cuisine emphasises craftsmanship, sometimes classically French, then skilfully Asian. First-class products play the leading roles, scallops follow red mullet, Wagyu beef short ribs are cooked for 48 hours, and the duck is served perfectly pink-roasted.

The sauces are not supporting actors at Stefan Jäckel's; they harmonise to the last nuance of flavour and convince with umami perfection.

Take a seat behind the scenes at our coveted Chef's Table and indulge in a top-class 7-course menu with a matching wine accompaniment. Our Chef's Table is a must for all amateur chefs, epicures and bon vivants - you will look directly into the pots of our chefs and be enriched with tips and tricks of the star cuisine.

Stefan Jäckel exclusively invites you to the food workshop in his kitchen. In a one-and-a-half-hour workshop, you will receive important tips and tricks from the professional and have the opportunity to take a close look at his fingers - you have never been so close to a star chef! Choose your favorite topic from the following:

If you wish to bring your dog with you, our hostess will be happy to take loving care of it while you dine in the restaurant La Rôtisserie. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

Our regional and rich breakfast is served in the restaurant La Rôtisserie during the winter months. In summer, when the weather is fine, you may enjoy your morning coffee on our terrace, directly above the water.
