Please note that as of Monday, 20th December 2021, only vaccinated and recovered persons with a valid COVID-19 certificate are permitted to enter the interiors of restaurants and bars in Switzerland.

Take a seat behind the scenes at our popular Chefs Table and let yourself be treated to a top-class 7-course menu with a selection of wines to accompany it. Our Chefs Table is a must for all amateur chefs, connoisseurs and gourmets - as you will look directly into the pots of our chefs and be enlivened with tips and tricks of the star cuisine.

Our regional and rich breakfast is served in the restaurant La Rôtisserie during the winter months. In summer, when the weather is fine, you may enjoy your morning coffee on our terrace, directly above the water.

Star chef and Chef La Rôtisserie Stefan Jäckel reveals his favourite recipes and cordially invites you to try them out at home. Products from our own farms are used and secret tips from the star kitchen are revealed. Enjoy cooking and savouring!
