Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

If you have a dog, our hostess will be happy to look after it while you dine at our La Rôtisserie restaurant. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant.

Stefan Jäckel is the creative mastermind leading the kitchen at the renowned La Rôtisserie restaurant in Storchen Zürich. Since May 2020, he has been delighting guests with exquisite, seasonal dishes, known for their refined balance and attention to detail. Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points, highlighting his exceptional culinary skills and craftsmanship.

Jäckel’s philosophy blends classic elements of French cuisine with modern influences and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. He strives for perfection in every dish, achieving a remarkable harmony of flavors. His mastery in creating sauces that elevate each dish to new heights is particularly noteworthy.

Our Chefs Table is a must for all amateur chefs, connoisseurs and gourmets - as you will look directly into the pots of our chefs and be enlivened with tips and tricks of the star cuisine. A unique experience at the Storchen kitchen for the family, a romantic evening or a meal among cooking-enthusiast friends.

Stefan Jäckel supports the Fundaziun Uccelin. With a voluntary contribution of CHF 2 per menu, the independent foundation promotes the knowledge and skills of young culinary and service talents through individual training.

Breakfast

We serve our sumptuous breakfast with regional produce in La Rôtisserie in winter. In summer, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace on the water’s edge in good weather. 

From Monday to Sunday from 7.00 to 10.30 AM.
