For the 30th time, we are delighted to welcome Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony to the Storchen Zürich for his celebrated cheese ceremony.
On this exclusive evening, Maître Antony will present his most exquisite raw milk cheeses, each carefully matured to perfection in his renowned ageing cellars in Alsace.
Guests will enjoy a six-course cheese tasting menu, featuring a variety of cold-served raw milk cheeses, accompanied by his artisanal bread and butter, as well as delicately prepared potatoes.
To complete the experience, our Director of Wine, Stefano Petta, will guide you through an exceptional selection of wines and champagnes, thoughtfully paired with each course.
