For direct bookings via our website, telephone, or email, you are guaranteed the best available rates. Should you find a lower price on another website for the same day and the same stay, Storchen Zurich will match the price to the lower offer.

Additionally, your guests will be upgraded to a room in the next higher category (subject to availability at the time of check-in at the hotel).

This guarantee applies to rates with the same conditions (room category, cancellation policy, number of guests, length of stay).
