«Piano & Art» with Andrew Tyson
At 8 pm on the evening of Thursday, 31 August 2017 in the Stravinsky Auditorium in Montreux, Andrew Tyson will play Mozart’s Piano Concerto K 467 accompanied by the European Philharmonic of Switzerland under the baton of Lorenzo Viotti. Also on the programme are Glinka’s Overture to Ruslan & Ludmilla and Brahms’s Symphony No. 2.
You can also take the opportunity to visit the Fondation de l’Hermitage in nearby Lausanne, where 55 masterpieces from the E.G. Bührle Collection can be viewed. And at the Fondation Pierre Gianadda in Martigny, a Paul Cézanne exhibition is running from 16 June to 19 November 2017.
This summer, iron sculptures by James Licini are on display in the garden of the Hotel Castello del Sole in Ascona. You are cordially invited to a book launch there on Saturday, 2 September 2017.
