New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and Party

Ring in the new year with style. The evening kicks off with around of champagne, followed by an exquisite six-course mealdesigned by our head chefs Fredi Nussbaum and Cyrille Anizan. The evening will be accompanied by jazz and Latin sound from Roberto Marcano & Band. With Latin American rhythms and Caribbean joie de vivre we dance into the new year 2019! 

As the year draws officially to a close, the champagne will flow once more as you watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our fabulous terrace. Dance and sing along to your favourite tunes with Roberto Marcano & Band at Restaurant La Rôtisserie until 2.00 am.

Champagne foam soup with duck liver and vegetable gelée

Truffle risotto from our farm at Terreni all Maggia in Ascona with baked quail egg

Lobster fricassée with saffron and dill

Beef fillet medallion served on a hazelnut and parsnip ragoût with potato fritter and parsley jus

Vanilla and orange panna cotta millefeuille with Campari sorbet, sea buckthorn and caramel crumble
