Célébration des fromages with Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony

On Friday, 2 November 2018, at 6.30 pm will once again honour us with his presence and knowledge in our La Rôtisserie.

In the small Alsatian village of Vieux Ferrette «The World’s Best Cheese Master» nurtures and cherishes his unique cheeses with experience, patience and exceptional love and care so that connoisseurs and cheese-lovers alike can hear the ’song’ in the savour.

Bernard Antony will present over 35 of his different cheeses – each with its own history - during the 7 course menu. To complement the menu, selected wines in colaboration with Maison Marques et Domaines will be served.
