With Sascha Kemmerer we can welcome an Austrian top chef who has been awarded 18 Gault Millau and 1 Michelin star to La Rôtisserie. Together with our head chef Stefan Jäckel, awarded 17 Gault Millau points and 1 Michelin star, we create unique venison dishes that make gourmets' hearts beat faster. The culinary artists present well-known and newly created venison dishes in several acts.
